Unfortunately, all orders are final and we are not able to edit or change them. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. Once you have received your items, you may submit a request to send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
TRANSACTIONS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
Upon receiving your order confirmation email notification, your order can take between 1 – 3 business days to process and ship (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that during special promotions or sales, processing can take between 5 – 7 business days due to an influx of orders.
Shipping times are dependent on your selected shipping method and delivery location. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for standard domestic shipments and 7 – 30 business days for international standard to be received.
Any orders outside of Canada (International Orders) may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. THE GLOMEO SHOP does not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for any additional information.
All packages returned to our facilities will be refunded. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable and will be subtracted from your refund. If you require a reshipment, a reshipping fee of $6.99 will be charged.
Please double check billing information: billing address, CVC security code, and billing name. Please note, billing address is associated with your bank account.
Please understand that our system prints out shipping labels according to what the customers placed on their shipping and billing information. The Reshipment Fee on all orders will be $5.99. THE GLOMEO SHOP is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages due to incorrect information provided at time of purchase.
Tracking is emailed to you the moment your order ships. However, carriers do not update tracking for 24-48 hours after the initial scan of your shipment. We ask that you check back in 48 hours. If you still do not see tracking information please contact us at hello@theglomeoshop.com.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective products. If an item may be considered damaged or defective, please email hello@theglomeoshop.com indicating your Name, Order Number, and a clear photo of the product. Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by lillylashes.com, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item or an equivalent item.
Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from theglomeoshop.com orders.
INTERNATIONAL
Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to Mexico, Russia, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan or Afghanistan.
At this time, all customs and duties fees are the customer’s liability and will be charged to you upon receipt of your international shipment
The cost of shipping depends on the weight of your purchase and your final destination address. Once you enter your shipping address during checkout your shipping cost will appear in your cart before you finalize your purchase. Please note that some Customs and Duties can be applied once the order arrives to the country of destination.
All orders must be entered and processed in English.
THE GLOMEO SHOP orders are processed in Canadian Dollars.
ABOUT LASHES
Our lashes are cruelty-free. What does this mean? It means our lashes are only created with synthetic blended fibers or sterilized human hair. Our lash adhesive is also made from an acrylic material. No product is created by or tested on animals.
Our lashes are made from either 100% synthetic fibers. Our lash adhesive is acrylic based and doesn’t contain any animal product.

- Carefully remove first lash from lash tray.
- Hold the lash against your lash line to measure the length of your eye.
- Trim the lash strip where it extends from your outer corner.
- Curl your eyelashes.
- Apply lash adhesive along the lash band and allow glue to sit for about 40 seconds or until glue becomes tacky.
- Use tweezers, eyelash applicator or hands to place lashes as close to your natural lash line as possible, start from center, then inner and outer side.
- Apply mascara (optional) and/or apply liner to fill in any gaps.
THE GLOMEO SHOP Lashes are individually handcrafted and made to last through multiple wears. Well maintained lashes will yield 20+ uses. (TIP: Whenever you "undress" your eyes, remember to (1) gently remove the glue from your false lashes with makeup remover and (2) Store them back in their tray to maintain their natural shape.)
Applying mascara to your false lashes is optional because no mascara helps you get more use out of your falsies. However, adding mascara gives you a more dramatic effect.
No. When false eyelashes are (1) applied correctly with the proper adhesive and (2) removed safely and gently, there is no harm done to your own lashes. In fact, lashes have shown to become healthier from wearing false eyelashes because it replaces the need to wear mascara or curl your eyelashes.
Waterproof makeup removers or makeup removers with an oil base are the best way to remove excess lash adhesive from your eyelids.
There are a couple of basic ways to remove your lashes, and tugging is NOT one of them! First, try removing one false eyelash by securely holding the lash at its base and, beginning at the outer corner, gently pull the lash towards the direction of your tear duct. Repeat this process with the other eye. Your false lashes should come off without much effort or discomfort when the lash is applied properly and not applied to your natural lash. If you are having slight difficulty with your lash removal, simply dab a non-oil based makeup remover onto the lash adhesive along your lash line with a cotton swab. After the adhesive has fully softened, lift the outer corner of the lash band and gently pull the lash inwards towards your tear duct.
Eyelash adhesive is NOT included in your purchase.However, we do sell eyelash adhesive separately.

Yes! THE GLOMEO SHOP nails can be applied multiple times. Typically, the total wear time will be around 21-25 days give or take.
If you apply for the longest wear time (11-14 days) you can get 2 applications, maybe 3.
If you apply them for shorter wear times, you can get a bit more applications.
One thing to keep in mind is that after removal, you'll want to gently buff the underside of the nails to smooth out any excess glue, which will help make a better surface for re-application.

Our products are certified by MSDS and SGS and will not harm your nails. THE GLOMEO SHOP is the safest, healthiest, and most stylish manicure option available! Our product are free of toxins, chemicals and UV light.
Temporary Wear (up to 3-4 days): With the correct prep, your nails will last up to 3-4 days with our sticky tabs included in your nail palette.
Extended Wear (up to 3 weeks): For nails applied with our nail glue with the correct prep, they can last up to 3 weeks.
Note that these estimates can vary depending on your lifestyle and whether you used the correct application technique!
Step 1: Prep!
DO NOT miss this step as prepping your nails correctly is essential to allowing your press on's to stay on as long as possible!
1. Start by pushing back your cuticles using the cuticle stick & filing down your nails.
2. Size nails by placing them above your natural nail beds and choosing the ones that have the most suitable fit.
3. Gently buff your nails using the nail fliler in the kit.
4. Wipe all your nails completely with the alcohol wipe. This will remove the natural oils on your nailbeds which prevents the adhesive from working as well!
Step 2: Choose Adhesive
Option 1) Sticky Tabs (Short term wear)
• Choose the sticky tab that is the correct size for each of your nail beds, and apply the adhesive.
Option 2) Nail Glue (Longer term wear)
• Apply a pea sized amount of nail glue on your natural nail, and on the back of the nails.
• Be careful not to touch the glue with your fingertips, as it bonds quickly!
Step 3: Press!
Apply nails at a 45 degree angle and press down firmly for 20-30 seconds, ensuring you remove all air bubbles upon application.
You can easily remove your press on's with NO damage by soaking them in hot water, soap and oil (any kind such as cuticle oil, kitchen oil or body oil) for 10-15 minutes!
** Note: Some nails may take longer than others to come off depending on how much glue you used, and how long it's been since you've applied your press on's.
